Their lies, Her revenge (2)

Chapter 2, Deals?

It’s been a week since the incident. Being here was… pretty fun. Kat told me about everyone here and what had happened to her when she’d been staying here. In all honesty, it sounded quite scary. I’m getting along with the others and luckily, Jeff hasn’t stabbed me again (thank the lord). Living here is nice. I’ve found out that no, Link from LOZ doesn’t live here. Instead, his name is ben and before he died he used to love playing Majora’s mask. I don’t know why but… I think I’m becoming friends with Jeff. If I’m going to be honest, it feels nice to know I might have friends here.

As I walk through the dark, dense forest, I hear a rustling coming from the trees. I kept walking, it was probably just an animal. The noises kept following me. “Boo!” I heard a noise from behind me, something pounced on top of me and we both ended up on the ground. I shut my eyes tightly, my breath rapid, whoever this was they were pinning me down, by my tail as well as my arms. “Jeez… no need to be so scared, it’s just me”. I opened one eye. My face was as red as a fucking tomato. “Jeff… get off my tail”. A smile spread across his face, what was he thinking now? “And what if I said no?” I tried to push him off but he was too strong.

Jeff eventually let go of me. I sat up, tucking my tail behind me. I just need to pray to god that he didn’t get me into heat. I sat up and backed away, I know he didn’t kill me but he still scared the shit out of me. “Jeff,” I started, knowing I would regret the for the rest of my life, “Do you know what happens when you touch a girls tail?” He shook his head, I looked behind me, my tail was shaking a lot. Why would I be happy about this? I stood up and brushed the dirt off my jeans. “I-I should be heading back, it was nice talking”. I ran off into the forest. As soon as I got to the slender mansion, I climbed up to the roof and sat down. The sky was filled with the moonlight, stars beaming down at you.

I lay down, staring up at the sky. It had been so long since I’d seen the night sky. I heard footsteps walking behind me. Strange… Kat’s usually asleep by now. I felt a tug at my hair, probably Jeff again. “Listen, we need to talk.” It was Ben, what’s he doing up here? “You should stay away from Jeff, ever since he’s been with us he’s getting more and more psychotic, even Slendy’s warning everyone.” I sat up, looking him in the eye. He looked pretty scared, in his hand was a small envelope. “Take this, if he ever attacks, use it, ok” I was scared, but took the envelope. “But… what if I don’t want to hurt him?”/ “You have to use it, trust me, it’s for the greater good.” His words were scaring me. I spoke up, “Deal”.

I went into my room. Slipping under the covers, I thought about what Ben had said. His words kept repeating in my mind. But… what did he mean by ‘more psychotic’? Jeff’s not that bad, a little misunderstanding but stil, he’s… nice, kind almost. An hour had past and I still couldn’t get to sleep. I decided to wander around, I was getting bored anyway. I slowly climbed out of bed, slipping on my shoes, I climbed out of the window. I jumped down, luckily it wasn’t that high.

The surrounding area was filled with trees reaching for the clouds. I climbed up a tall redwood, hoping to get a good view. I emerged through the canopy, the sky was lit up by a galaxy, filled with blues and browns and many other shiny colors. I heard rustling from behind me. I sat up, but slipped and fell. All I can do is cry for help while falling, falling, falling. I looked up at the sky, now covered by leaves and branches. I could hear shouting from below, but they were probably just voices inside my head. I landed, someone wrapped there arms around me, as if I were a baby, I had been caught.

“Th-thanks… I-I thought I was going to die”. I looked up, Jeff was staring back down at me. “Hey, no problem”, I smiled at him, for once in my life, I felt perfectly safe. Even though I was in the arms of a serial killer. We walked back, my shirt was torn and covered in blood. Jeff had also noticed, since he had taken of his jumper and handed it to me. “Err… thanks, I guess”, I said, while slipping the jumper on. It was big and warm, I snuggled into it, almost trying to hide from the world.
